We have set up this section of our website to provide all families with the range of support and help that you need to successfully manage your prolonged period of time at home.

We have constructed the following pages and tried to provide information and handy tips for managing your mental health during the coronavirus outbreak.

Whatever your situation - you may be social distancing / self-isolating / continuing as a key-worker / staying at home with your children, you may be feeling worried or anxious during this time, and that's completely normal.

There are simple steps you can take to look after your own wellbeing and that of your families.
