Please find copies of detailed information shared with parents and carers at our transition evenings, Summer 2019. We are sure that the information provided will give you with a real taster of what learning will look and feel like in your child's new year group in September 2019.

Summer 2020- Unfortunately due to the current circumstances we have been unable to hold transition meetings for parents, so please refer to the relevant documents below that have been created by the class teachers. This year we have also included class passports for children in Year 1 to Year 6 to introduce the adults who will be working in their rooms next academic year. 

Ensure that you refer to this information as your 'Go to' document when discussing and supporting your child with transition as this will help and reinforce any changes happening. 

Summer 2021

This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will hold our Meet the teacher meetings virtually, using the Google Classroom Meet facility. Please refer to your child's class stream for the meet link.  Please refer to the relevant documents below that have been created by the class teachers.

Summer 2022

Meet the teacher meetings will happen in the last week of June first week of July. The class Power Points are available for parent's to reference for each year group.
