Y2 had a brilliant Monster Phonics Day, completing lots of exciting missions! Well done to everyone for their wonderful costumes and enthusiasm. 

In Maths, we have been working hard on our fractions, learning about halves, quarters and thirds of shapes and quantities. 

In Literacy, we wrote fun poems called "If I were in Charge of the Zoo!" and used our imaginations to come up with some exciting ideas. 

In DT, the children designed and made fantastic moving monsters using levers and pivots. They enjoyed testing their creations out and seeing them move.
