Year 3 have had a busy and exciting start to the final half-term! Our maths topic has been all about angles, and we had lots of fun exploring and identifying acute, obtuse, and right angles. In science, we have continued to learn about plants by deconstructing some flowers and naming the different parts. In DT, we started our new topic all about structures. We will be focussing on castle structures so we learnt all about the features of castles before designing our own. In geography, we are learning about our local area and worked together to identify features of Stevenage using maps. We also celebrated the start of the football World Cup on Thursday by taking part in a range of fun football activities!
