Pupil Suggestion Box
Here are a selection of the suggestions we have received this term:
Q. Can we have a new reading shed on the playground? Year 3 and 4 pupils
A. We are currently investigating the costs of a new reading shed. We would like something that is more permanent and that will last a long time. Watch this space!
Q. Can we have a colour run to raise money for a charity and the school? Year 6 pupils
A. Miss Carter is current arranging this for the summer term. We would like to split all money raised between the school and a local charity.
Q. I would really like to have more games in the playground like skipping ropes, ball games, reading, colouring station. Year 5 Pupil
A. We have arranged for more activities to be available at lunch times for all children. They include colouring, reading, ball games, larger games such as hockey, indoor drawing, chess and draughts.
Q. Can we celebrate our 65th Birthday as a school? We think that a new Birthday cake could be designed and that we should have a great big family BBQ for everyone. Pegasus House
A. Miss Carter is busy organising a BIG family get together for the Summer term. She is also working hard with the RSA to launch a competition regarding a new cake design for our Birthday Caked used in Assemblies.
